AMERICA BRACES FOR NEW FORECLOSURE WAVE!!
Now is the time to invest in American Foreclosures!! Home prices will never be this low again and many are predicting that this is the last wave of foreclosures properties to hit the US housing market. With many homeowners in default the wave has yet to hit but with the banks aggressively moving toward foreclosure we can expect to see many new foreclosure listings coming on the market in the next few months. With the Chinese searching for great real estate opportunities in the US it is the perfect time for them to get aggressive and start the search! Some ”never to be seen again” prices on foreclosure properties will soon be available in the New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco areas!

These 2012-2010 rankings are a sure sign that the Reno Tahoe area is heading in the right direction, developing a strong diversified business economy as well as offering a quality of life that is second to none ! In 2012 alone the Silver State has witnessed a surge of activity in new business commitments and inquiries due in part to the local and state Government’s progressive campaign recruiting new business to Nevada, locally and globally. As a local I take for granted the fact that I wake daily to a view of the majestic snow capped Sierra Nevada mountains, amazingly deep blue skies, clean air and an average drive of “15″ minutes no matter where I need to go in the Reno/Sparks area! I see the future of ”growth” coming to Northern Nevada and I know that Nevada will share its beauty, outdoor lifestyle and community spirit with all who move here….a treasure soon to be discovered!

JUST IN!!!….UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING GRADUATE STUDIES MAKES IT TO THE TOP OF NATIONAL COLLEGE RANKINGS! SHARING HONORS WITH THE UNIVERSITY’S MEDICAL SCHOOL RESEARCH DEPARTMENT AND A LIST OF OTHER UNIVERSITY OF RENO GRADUATE SCHOOLS!
NEVADANS ARE SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS UNIVERSITY LOCATED RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD! UNR IS ON IT’S WAY TO GETTING THE RECOGNITION IT TRULY DESERVES.

RENO TAHOE AIRPORT MAKES NATIONS TOP TEN LIST!
WE LOVE OUR AIRPORT! What is not to love about it? It is always so refreshing to land back in Reno…where the airport terminal is classy, clean easy to get to and through and feels like home!!
RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNew4.com)- Reno makes a top 10 list! On Monday, Mar. 5 USA Today Travel released its list of the 10 Best Domestic, Foreign airports for flier freebies. Among the top was the Reno-Tahoe airport for it its free local phone calls and free Wi-Fi.

WARREN BUFFETT >TIME IS RIGHT>BUY HOMES!!
Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, said on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” that buying single-family homes is such a great investment right now, if it were practical, he’d buy a couple hundred thousand of them. Buffett advised buying distressed houses, which are really cheap right now, and rent them out (after fixing them up a bit, of course). Buffett said he’d snatch up “millions” of single family homes if it were practical, but said he isn’t very handy.
Billionaire Buffett told CNBC’s Becky Quick that homes, held over the long term, provide a better investment than stocks. If you factor in that prices in some areas are at a 10-year low and inventory levels are high, the conditions are ideal for buying.

The reeling housing market has come to this: To shore it up, two Senators are preparing to introduce a bipartisan bill that would give residence visas to foreigners who spend at least $500,000 to buy houses in the U.S.
